Holy crap, I made a 1/3rd of this game...I'm responsible for the backgrounds of screen 1 and 3, and I made the Golden Gate Bridge level as well as some of the airport. I never claim to be a good level artist, in fact it's what I did for that company (Raw Thrills) being hired straight out of college. I moved on and I've been doing character animation since.
Actually, the FMV actors are just employees and friends of the company. If you ever met Jarvis, you understand the game...really colorful, dynamic, tongue planted firmly in cheek with "America, F YEAH!" attitude. Believe it or not, even though there are some cheap hits (you don't have to worry about losing quarters) the game is actually pretty damn fun. Lots of neat FX the programmers did with the different deaths, and you can even shoot everyone in the nuts with the appropriate hit reaction.
BTW, the reasons the screens look so blurry is that I'm pretty sure the game resolution is still 320 x 240. If you want to shoot me for working on this, I'm the assisting cop on the Golden Gate Bridge.
I think I spent about a hundred bucks on the coin op since it first came out. I didn't know Kire was in it or worked on the art, but it's so retarded and goofy that I can't help spending at least a dollar whenever I see it in an arcade.
