You become a secondary Admin for the site. You can pretty much do what you want.

I remember when he went nuts over his 10,000 post on the ezboard and didn't want anyone to see it for some reason.

It turns out he replied to his first post ever at the pav and then locked the topic again. When I posted about the location of it, he erased my post.
