I have this delima; sleep is good, but sometimes it also feels like a waste of good hours. I've never set myself a "bedtime", but sometimes it feels like a good idea. I need to admit though, sleeping more than 9 hours really feels good, and I'm on a knife edge because I the night time. What do you guys do?

Re: Sleep vs Productivity
Since I get really bad headaches, I have to get drunk enough to pass out to fall asleep because they hurt so damn much. Otherwise, Il'l stay up for like 5 or 6 days straight before I pass out from exhaustion for about 20-24 hours.

Re: Sleep vs Productivity
I sleep when I can. I get a healthy amount, or at least more than I used to. It helps to make my day more productive. There is no use in thinking that sleeping is a waste of time because eventually it will make the time that you are awake pretty much useless.Lil' Bean is here!

Re: Sleep vs Productivity
I get unrestful sleep when I drink lots of alcohol. I can sleep for 10 or 11 hours when I'm wasted, but it's never good sleep.
I sleep in the daytime, so a lot of the time I don't get my usual 8 hours because of daytime noises waking me up, like lawnmowers and car horns and dogs and children. I keel them all.
I like sleep as much as I hate it. If I could be like that guy from that new Bond movie, where I only need like 10 minutes in that machine, I would definitely do it."Mindless killing doesn't do a lot for me anymore." - Sampson
