    H-CP Ideas and Progress

    Well I haven’t been able to work on my game lately, but I have got some solid events done. Because the demo is the intro to the game they are corresponding to what happens in Mizzra. I have also hit a bit of a road block. I’m working on a dungeon called the Histalla Lab. I have it all made except I don’t really feel like doing the elevator right now. That and the levers are a pain to make. Because I hate doing levers I can’t work on the story until that’s done. I’m basically staring at the menu screen right now.

    I was wondering what you thought of the names Phazor, Valmorse and Layna? They are all members of the Knights of the Blood Ark. Well elite generals of the army. The Blood Ark knights are a group of outsiders with the goal of making sure the prophesy comes to be one way or another. They are evil for the most part.

    And I was thinking about making a cemetery/memorial place in the main field. I want to make it so it’s not there at first, but when certain events happen it turns on. It would be a place of a bunch of emotions. (You'll understand once you play.) And I figure it would be a good place to set up side quests.

    And I took off the 2 offically now. It's just Holy-Chaos Prophecies Unleashed. I just don't know or even think I'll ever start up the original again. The two games are interconected, but not in a huge way or anything. It's not necessary to understand this one. I still might make a few smaller games about some of the events that I had planned out for that game. We'll just have to see.

    Well that’s all I got for now, but hopefully the lab will be done next time I post in this thread. And it’s really nice to have my own game forum.

    Well I have got some work done. Mainly plot related. I’m slowly getting back to where I was before I lost my data. I have finished up two dungeons and a fourth map. The map is centered round a volcano in the middle with some mountains splitting the map in two. One of the dungeons is part of a castle. It’s kind of like in the beginning of Oblivion were it changes from bricks to dirt. The transitions are done pretty good. (I hope)

    The other day I finally sat down and thought out the entire story. What I want to happen where. That way when I get done with something I know what needs to be done without sitting there for a few days thinking about where I want the story to go. Plus this is making it a lot easier to do some foreshadowing.

    I also made a small “demo” or test of how I want the end of the game to be like. I thought it was going to be too ambitious, but it seems like it might work. It will just take a large piece of memory to do it right. I want to tell you about it, but it would ruin “the what the ****” effect I’m hoping it has.

    I was also wondering if you or anybody else has successfully made an airship?
