Hello. I'd like to speak of things.

    Updates:
Clicking on the banner now takes you to the main site.

Contest page has finally been updated, with details of the failed Absolute Garbage The Second prize packages.

JPS' new RPG Maker 3 Resource excel sheet has been added to the RPGM3 tutorial section.

The Absolute Garbage The Second games are finally being added to the game archive.

    Things:
With the Playstation 3 soon only available as an 80GB version with gimped PS2 backwards compatability, or a 40GB version with no PS2 backwards compatability, I'd like to remind RPG Maker 2 users that if you want a PS3, you need to get one very soon, while the 60GB version (the only full-featured model available that can run RPG Maker 2) is still available. Production of it was stopped a few months back, and supplies of it in stores are unlikely to last through the holiday season.

Confused? I'll simplify it. RPG Maker 2 does not work on either playstation 3 model being manufactured right now, it only works on the 20GB and 60GB models that have been discontinued. get a 60GB version while they're still in stores.

I keep getting questions about this in my e-mail and PM inbox, and this is the last time I'll be saying this.

So the 20GB model is completely backwards compatible? Or at least as much as the 60GB? I have not yet bought a PS3 but will want one that can play PS2 and PS1 games when I do get one.

How difficult is it to update the excel sheet Valk?

Ill even put it in a pretty little ZIP file to make it easier

Just wondering because after I used it last night I made a few much needed modifications

                  like...

If you'd rather wait its not a problem, I addressed some questions people had regarding the old version in this one.

How many enemies to kill in order to level up?

That's fantastic. Now I don't need to do the math on my own anymore.

Yeah it actually works pretty well.

The only drawback(and Ill email you the file when I figure this out Valk) is the STR^, DEF^, etc... only goes up to 99, so Im going to have to divide the stats up until the highest gets below 99, then display it on another part of the screen, then when youset up a monster party youll have to increase the monster level.

Ill end up doing that tomorrow morning.

Ah that's so bad. I guess the PS3 is taking the same route as the Xbox 360 to minimize costs. If there was only a RPG Maker for the PS3. I cry that it is not possible. It even lost Monster Hunter 3 to the wii! I'll never be able to make a videogame with a console rpg maker on high def super awesome graphics. But at least having one of the very first PS3s lets me play every single ps2 game. *cry* I want a ps3 rpg maker! I'm going to have to buy the wii......meh.......

As if the RPG Maker would have super high-def awesome graphics.
