im still working on my game Crystal Shores and today i made a sprite for it. i was going for the soul caliber taki ninja style. i bamboozled the initial sprite from the mag (green its called) and i kept the hair and changed everything else.
the legs are full custom, and i shrunk the body down and gave the character more of a suit look. the face mask is slightly different then traditional, covering the nose, exposing the mouth, and carrying over to the sides of the head.
i think its ok given my minimal drawing skill but id like your opinions. let me know what works or what doesnt. hardest part of sprite editing is getting the right color. overall i think ive improved at anime maker.
since a bunch of colors went missing when i imported it for your viewing ive also included the gme file.
