Hi, guys! I wanted an answer, so I wanted to make a werewolf attack with it's claws, not a axe or hammer, so is there anyway I can do that?

Re: Werewolf attack?
Not all other attacks are with their hands, sometimes they just use other kinds of weapons. But a female character attacking with its hands, would be useless, because you could only apply the "equip any character with any weapon" tip if it would be an animal.
Now that I think about it, using the "equip any character with any weapon" trick wouldn't work. A "hands" weapon doesn't exist.Game in progress: "Cards of Destiny"!
How many of you have tried Game Maker, for PC?

Re: Werewolf attack?
You might try daggers. Probably the closest you'll get. You could the daggers such things as, "Dog claws", "Bear Claws", and the Best of All, "Wolf Claws".Last edited by Dusk Raven; 10-14-2007, 07:44 PM.

Re: Werewolf attack?
I wasn't even suggesting that. In regards to my mentioning Female, Other Weapong Type, and animation Magic/Item 2 was just because its creepy.Originally posted by ezz1692 View PostNot all other attacks are with their hands, sometimes they just use other kinds of weapons. The character model is a baby girl, she puts her fists together, floats up into the air, then does some funky movement with her arms. Some of the other Attack animations are pretty crazy, she does backlips and crazy kicks. Very odd to see a baby do such thingsstodi no na ka cenba

Re: Werewolf attack?
Uh, there must be a slight gap in understanding, so I'll explain the "Any weapon trick" again, just to clarify:Originally posted by ezz1692 View PostI wonder how a werewolf would look like with tonfas... maybe they aren't even visible.
You can make a MALE model character equip any weapons that other MALE characters could equip (ie: a Warrior could equip Tonfas, but not Knives, FEMALES can't equip Tonfas and ANIMALS can only equip 2-Handed Weapons, Daggers, and Naginata)
This applies across the board, and if something wasn't meant to equip a certain type of item it sometimes looks sketchy: Try giving a Dwarf a shield or an Archer anything but a bow to see what I mean. Also, some of the smaller animals (dog/magical creature/chicken) were never meant to hold anything, so they will look the most out of place in the game.
Also bear in mind that a werewolf holds his weapon with both hands, so even if you give him a dagger he will still be holding that invisible pole and this may/may not give the correct impression to the player.A God from the Machine - Menander
