Conan Demo

available on the PS3 Store. It's one of those beat-em-ups like God of War or Devil May Cry. Something just feels "off" in this game. I can't tell what it is. The combat is sluggish IMO, button mashing.

If something is off then it can't be anything like the original Devil May Cry... that game was excellent

I've been downloading a lot of PS3 demos tonight, just to try some games out. Conan was the one I missed. I'll give it a shot, but it's very unlikely that I'll purchase it though.

The fighting was a bit sluggish, but seems to have some possibilities. I think I actually killed a guy by ripping his intestines out with my bare hands by blocking and then grappling. I only did it once, though. You probably have to time the block just right to get the fatality move.

At least it isn't as slow as the Genji demo.

Cause I could see either of them having a game and doing this kind of stuff in it.

Combat feels sluggish, and there's not enough sound effects or the sound is just dull.

Didn't interest me at all.

It's just pretty shoddy. I love that it has Claudia Black, though.

I played the 360 demo. It was quite fun!
