Some screens of a game I'm working on called "Relic".
Any comments are appreciated and welcome(constructive criticism please )
I would like any suggestions anyone may have for improving terrain and elevation for more realistic landscapes. (Sorry, I have a crappy digital camera!)

Digging it so far. I'm really liking the canyon/valley like areas. Kudos for being creative! All in all looks like a good effort so far. Keep it up!

The valleys are what I like most. The top right is kinda boring. Too flat for me, but not bad. Keep it up.

The flat parts need some work. The valleys look pretty cool, but remember, don't abuse them. Lots of pathes in valleys is boring too. Mix it up a little!

Looks great! I want to try it when you're finished. And I can since I have a PS3! Yaaay!

Is that the main character in your story? I like the color scheme. Blue hair girls are awesome.

I suggest in the 2nd picture you should have another river or higher ground. I'ts kinda boring. I think the 1st picture looks sweet, though. Nice work!

I like! There's a nice variety of terrains, and the canyon and winter landscapes look great! I agree that the second landscape looks a little bland, but that can easily be fixed with some irregularly spaced hills in slightly varying heights. A light touch of the smooth tool will help them look more naturally flowing.

The second one. Right next to the winter one. It is looking of a little hill at what appears to be a trail.

ok, gotcha Lausen.

I agree, it is a little flat, but I haven't quite envisioned it as complete yet. It's actually a reverse angle of the pic where she's looking out over the water. There
are hills on the other side of the field map and some mountains around the East side.

I kinda figured it was near the water on the same map. They have the same name duh I think it has potential if you just tweek it a little bit.

They look good. Way better then mine. I haven't actually spent serious time on a game though. But they look really good. Few flat spots. But it's nice.

I think the winter one could be chopped a little ... by chopped i mean the hill going down toward the trees could fall more abruptly, it would give it a more realistic feel while playing it...

The canyons look awesome though ... i really like them
