This girl's crazy, she shouldn't get anything, the company should be punished for negligence, but she shouldnt get anything because she could have easily said no.

In the lawsuit, she said someone called the restaurant in Mount Washington impersonating a police officer and gave a description of a young, female employee, accusing her of stealing from a customer. The caller demanded the woman be strip searched.

Ogborn was forced to undress, endure a strip search, and to perform sexual acts, the lawsuit said. The events were captured on surveillance video, which was shown to jurors during the trial.

Plus officers cant do any type of search without probable cause, which means they had to have had some way of proving she could have, which they didnt have.

I remember this story. Good to see the guy that performed the acts is serving time but only 5 years? What kind of crap is that? Somebody calls you on the phone claiming to be a police officer and instructs you to strip search this girl without any police actually present for some reason. That really should've tipped you off. But when the supposed policeman tells you to have the girl commit sex acts on you, you should really notice something isn't right. He just saw an opportunity to sexually assault this girl and blame it on somebody else and he ran with it. Disgusting! Too bad the caller got off scott free.
