Well then I'll probably give you the flu if I tell you LocoRoco 2 comes out at the end of the year.
Loco Roco was pretty good. It got repetitive in the later levels, but the level design, graphics, music and relatively short length (about 6 hours) kept it from getting too stale. I liked all the mini-games and the build a world mode which helped extend it's life but you could only share them via ad-hoc so it wasn't as good as Mega Man Powered Up...
Speaking of which, there's some awesome MMPU maps. Some of them are better than anything capcom's created.
Also, check out Patapon. It's a game made by the same team and it's based off of some Japanese artist's flash site. It's a side-scrolling real time strategy game (I guess the best example is Grim Grimoire) and it's looks pretty darn neat.

Re: Well, it's official, I now have LocoRoco fever!
Sony's announced the Japanese and English versions... there's just no release date other than Q4 2007 for the Jap version. But, from the rumors I hear (and the trailer sort of confirms this) the game is bilingual meaning you select english or japanese text so it shouldn't be too long before it's released over here. I'll probably end up getting the import version just because.
