I've been asking my friends and pretty much everyone I met daily this question, but I want to see what you think:

If a man had two heads (like a head on each shoulder deal), would they be considered one person or two people?

I suppose they could be one person, but then again, you've got that second head, so....

They're basically two people because both heads have a brain so they can think individually.
