Basically it's an action RPG. There's a story to it, so the only character creation you can do is choose one of 3 premade characters, and simply name them so people can see who is who, but the game refers to them by their actual names. I've seen people running around with different equipment, though, so I guess that's the only real customization.
Could be fun with a group of people, but solo in the 2nd stage got a little out of hand. So many enemies.
There's no specific server to choose when creating a character, you can just bounce around from place to place. Then when going out to get exp, either you can join an existing room with people, or form a private room with friends.
