    THE HAND OF GOD

Why did I wait so long to buy this game?

    :3

I'm talking about God Hand people.

    thanks for clearing that up
"At first it just looked like a picture of a bunch of lily pads, but then I started scraping at it with my pocket knife and the whole painting just sort of spoke to me," Schmidt said. "For the first time, I finally understand what Monet was trying to get across in her work."

Why are we talking like this?
The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

I just started a new game of this. I got to stage 4 in normal then I quit. Now I am on easy. Soooo much better.

Yeah, God Hand is pretty great.

Despite it's sheer difficulty, I love how all power ups stick around until you leave the level. You don't get that with other games.

Yeah this game is ridiculously hard even by normal arcade beat 'em up standards. Sometimes health powerups come so infrequently or checkpoints are almost non-existant that I wonder if the developers thought of it as a cruel joke to call it "normal" mode.

And this is coming from someone who beat Ikaruga on hard... AND the original ghosts n goblins coin op.

                  Re: THE HAND OF GOD

I'm only at the third stage. I've died a lot. But I don't think it's that hard, I only got killed because I was getting used to the game or I was acting careless.

What other kind of game nowadays throws you right into the mix of things without some kind of forced tutorial or CG opening?

                  "I love it."

                      Re: THE HAND OF GOD

Honestly, after a while, the game got easier for me. In the end, I was only dying maybe eight or nine times per level. Could have something to do with all the time I spent at the casino.

                      Edit: It's about fightan.

                        Don't play it John.

You'll just find some way to ruin it for everyone else.

Are you kidding me? I think this game is pretty easy, just has a steeper learning curve than most games today. I believe GnG, as well as Ikaruga is a lot harder than this game. Once you sit down and play with the controls for a few minutes(and actually customize your moveset, as well as power up your character), it becomes easy, as well as fun. Also, powerups appear pretty frequently to me on normal, to where I can't die unless I'm on difficulty level 3 past stage 2.

Also, powerups appear more often, depending on how many times you die. This is a game where you can't really blame it for getting your ass beat... unless you're on level DIE, then you probably deserve it for being so good.

I beat it twice. There's also vids of some people with mad skills on youtube, that kill bosses without getting touched, it's surprising why this game hasn't gotten rave reviews all over the world.

It's a beat 'em up. But it's not like the crappy beat 'em ups that have been released recently. This game is over the top in terms of beat 'em up gameplay. You can knock people into oblivion, kick 'em in the balls and SPANK CHICKS. I find it incredibly satisfying beating the living daylights out of people, because of all the different moves you can do in every situation. You can use weapons as well, like barrels, umbrellas, rocket launchers etc. It's also pretty funny. You fight all kinds of people, from rock stars, to wrestling gorillas. And you can't say the devil hand battle isn't epic.

Oh, I forgot about the chihuahua races! There's a Shinji Mikami reference in there, plus a few others that you guys might recognize. I love doing those, you get a lot of money from 'em.
