PayPal Question

Does anyone know which account I need to be able to pay other paypal users, and accept money from paypal users without having to pay a fee on the accepting money part. I see they have a personal and premium, which one should I get? I've read through a lot of it, but they don't mention other people paying you with paypal that much, and don't mention if there are any fees associated with it?

Just seeing if anyone has some experience with setting these up.

merchant always pays fees regardless of account type. that means if your receiving the money, your paying the fees so include the fee in your price. any account is a merchant account, ive sent and received money with the same you dont pay anything for the account, just per transactions plus fees.

By opening a Premier or Business Account and accepting the terms as outlined in this Agreement, you attest that you are not establishing the Account primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

Guess I'll stick with the Personal

it is the fastest way. it only takes a few dollars and its suppose to be secure. ive gotten screwed twice on it for chargebacks, but both where my fault but im still not impressed with the system. if you trust the person whos buying its incredibly easy to use. since cash you get goes into your paypal account you have to have 150 to transfer it over else you have to pay like a dollar to transfer it to your bank account. i have a verified account which means they make sure my account is legit, otherwise you have a 1000 cap. that is after 1000 bucks you have to become verified. i think a phone call also works to verify your account but you probably dont need to worry about it.

all you need is the others account and your good to go!

edit: i always add an extra value to all my sales to counter the cost paypal takes, usually stick it in shipping since thats always over priced.

Reading agreements is fun. But I think you're limited to how many transactions you can receive a month on a personal account.

the problem is your charged a bunch by your bank to process those. you may try it but ive never had anyone use that form of payment. i made like 10 transactions within the first week i used it so whatever the amount its probably not to bad for the moment. if you plan to use paypal alot then id strongly suggest verifying your account.

I'm doing that, but I think that free also includes PayPal balance transfers. I don't know we'll see.
