WTF 360 scratching my Blue Dragon discs

Okay this is getting ****ed up.
Bought Blue Dragon 2 weeks ago, get 17 hours in then bam the game will not boot, I look at the disc and it is scratched to hell.
The xbot did this as I am seriously careful with my games.
Okay sooo I bought another copy of the game today(there was a reason why as in I switched discs and returned it) and put it in and it boots and plays fine.....for half an hour then it freezes..
Every other Xbot game plays fine and I have never had this issue before.
Any ideas?

Haven't had my copy freeze on me. You already try clearing the cache? Hold RB and LB as the game is being loaded from the dashboard.

After an update with Bioshock, the game paused like crazy until I did this.

It's a new marketing idea. The last update makes the system scratch every disc except for Halo 3.

And only Halo 3 contains the patch that fixes the bug...

...Or you can purchase the Halo 3 edition system! It's got master chief on it!!
