      Resistance
      Ninja Gaiden Sigma
      Heavenly Sword
      Warhawk
      Lair

fun downloadable games, i can play all of my old PSOne and PS2 games with no problems.

KILLZONE 2 (saw 2 awesome video's yesterday(which is why i'm posting about it here), one of a complete playthrough of the first section of the level we have already seen, and a technical video showing off some of the features of the game and the engine and stuff. This will be an awesome game when it releases.)

Upcoming RPG's, wether they be exclusive, ports, or multiplatform.

      Console reliability, completely wireless.

Okay, and now that i have posted all this, i'll just wait for the flames about how the PS3 sucks to come rolling in...

It converts rpg maker saves so people with PS3s but no dex drive or max drive can play the games here.

        It lets me play Oblivion.

It doesnt die on a weekly basis, ensuring that any time I want to play a game on it, I can do so without worry.

            Ahh shaddup.

Anyways what do I like about the PS3?

            Ninja Gaiden Sigma!
MGS4 (The reason I got this console.)
            Little Big Planet

Blu-ray player (Note, I'm talking movie player, I'm not bragging up the format itself as a PS3 feature.)

Upscales PS1 and PS2 titles into HD, so I can barf everytime I see FFVII in high definition.
Then I can smile when I see my RPGM2 titles.

Virtual Memory Card feature, very useful for RPG Maker games, so now I can switch slots mid-game til I remember what damn memory card that file was on.

            Internet browser.

            All controllers are rechargable.

There ya go, everything I like about the PS3.

              I would like a PS3 so I can play MGS4 and a high-def Jin-Roh.

                Re: PS3 Owners

PS3, so far, hasn't disappointed me, even though I don't have a big library.

                I only have right now:

                -Virtua Fighter 5
                -Genji: Days of the Blade
                -Ninja Gaiden Sigma
                -Heavenly Sword

I wanted the PS3 from the beginning--but lack of money and availability issues got in the way of that. I am waiting for more games of my interest to come out.

It's not a bad PS2 player either. So far, my games have not had issues. In fact, many of them have an improved qualiy of sharpness.

The ONLY thing I'm going to say that trumps the PS3 is the online arcade download selections. Wii and 360 have got a solid base of games to choose from in that regard, but the PlayStation store doesn't really have a whole lot. They DO have a lot of demos and movies though, but there aren't that many downloadable games. They do have only PSOne games you can play on PSP though, which is nice.

Despite the opinions on it, I think it's a nice machine in its own merit. Graphics and performance are a factor, but what matters to me most of all are the games and the games I can play on the consoles that I have.

Unless I'm mistaken, you can get the PSOne games from the store and play them on the PS3 as well.

It plays most of my PS2/PSX games. Movies on blu-Ray.

I'll be renting some PS3 games in the future to comment on THAT aspect of the PS3 later.

                        ...honestly?

Tekken Online and Folding At Home. I'll prolly get Home and Hot Shots 5 as well.

What is Folding at Home? Last I read, it's supposed to be something that supports "research for deadly diseases". What does that have to do with the PS3?

Oh, I thought they were only PSP downloads.

I like to cuddle with my PS3 when I'm cold.
She heats me up so well...

The Wii just sits there and gets cold.

It's in the network tab. The PS3 is a beast so you can let it calculate protein folds and fight cancer.
