EB Games 1 year warranty for PSP question

Anyone know if EB Games will give you a new PSP system if the system craps out on you with the 1 year warranty?

The system still works but whenever you press the Home button the system mutes and unmutes randomly and now I can't quit games now

I guess I play my PSP too much or something

isnt it a 3 time lemon policy where if it takes a crap 3 separate times and gets sent to be fixed then you get a new one? maybe sony will replace it if you send it away. if its still under warentee bring the damn thing back and get it fixed.

Got everything sorted out yesterday at EB Games and got a new PSP and warranty

What happened was was the PSP's latest firmware that Sony released had a minor glitch that basicly turned the Home button into the Mute button (this only affected some PSP systems) so I guess mine was one of the affected ones
