I ordered Chinese food today, and here are the fortunes I received from my cookies:

"Depend on your feet, you can climb the highest mountain."

"Hard work without talent is a shame, but talent without hard work is a tragedy."

...I can't really take them seriously.

I got two fortunes in one cookie yesterday.

"Don't worry about the stock market. Your investment is good." Oh yeah, my investment. I must have forgotten about it.

"Taking a chance at something new in the near future will pay off." I did just start something. It's a good thing fortune cookie advice was meant to be taken selectively.

It'd be fun to make up fortunes in the fortune cookies. It's so easy, because you just write random ramblings like, "You will never get food poisoning."

Anyway, I got one last month (Last time I had Chinese) that said, "Failure is strength just waiting to unfold." ...I don't get it.
