Because Dreamweaver isn't free I kinda don't want to use Notepad or somthing like that. I need it for class, so any help would be useful. Thanks.

Well there is Visual Studio Web Developer express though that may be a bit overkill. I know quite a few people like something called HTML Kit. I usually use Eclipse, though you would have to download it and get the web development extension. You could also try NotePad++ if you just want syntax highlighting.
Of course Firefox's web developer toolbar could work,though it's not as nice for an editor, but you can do that in it, it's really more for webpage debugging.
