because of scheduling stuff, my four wisdom teeth were not removed last week, but yesterday instead. I'm in a ton of pain and can't think straight, so while I'm taking some time off, please contact the other admins if you need something.

Re: Ow
Oh please tell me that you found that out before you took a pill!Originally posted by Valkysas View PostI found out I'm highly allergic to vicodin!
You are in my thoughts in this time of pain for you, Valkysas. A few words of advice:
-If you have ice cream, make sure it's soft. If it's hard ice cream, it won't feel as good.
-If you're in the mood for eating somethign warm, try tomato soup or cream of chicken.
-Make sure cold foods won't cause you pain. It did when I had my wisdom teeth out!
-Don't get impatient and try to eat harder foods when you're still recovering, no matter how much you want to do so. Trust me on that.
-Get plenty of rest. I does help.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers! Get well quite soon!

Re: Ow
25 years old? Jesus, those suckers surely took root. That sucks.
5th dose? What was the reaction?
I got mine out when I was 16 or something like that. The best part was when my adrenaline kicked in, and I shook for almost 10 minutes. Kinda fun.
The worse part of the procedure was when I felt my mouth filling up with something metal tasting, and they were like, "Swallow, it is just spit." But after I got my tonsils out, I know what swallowing blood does to you, so I refused and choked, twice.
Worse part overall was not being able to eat solid foods, and so after a week of mashed potatoes, I had access acid in my stomach and this kept me up at night.
God speed valk.

Re: Ow
I can't speak for Sezjeuric, but the times I've swallowed moderate to copious amounts of blood have resulted in a very sore throat that required me to dig pseudo-scabs out of my throat with my fingers.
