You might have remember the non-contraversy when big huge producer Timbaland blatantly ripped a track from the internets and used it for a Nellie Retardo song...well, I heard a lil bit of 50 Cent's new album and it sounded like he was at it again. I could be wrong. Anyone heard anything? Just curious.

I know this is a throw away post, but I was wondering if anyone had heard anything.

Stealing beats is what the music industry does. Just like everyone steals jokes in the comedy business, and everyone plagerizes everyone else in the movie business and everyone's cheating in sports.

Plus with the nature of copyright laws I could take Smurtle's avatar, throw it on a t-shirt and sell it for $20 a pop and still get 50% ownership because I made the effort to profit off it.
