    Burger Adventures with Archer

Welcome to my kitchen, here you will learn how Archer survives daily, entertains himself, and receives self gratification.

So, let's get a baseline of what exactly is going on here. Basically, there is 1 pound of ground beef in my refrigerator, it is in desperate need of being eaten. It is not to fear, for I am here.

    Ground beef specfications:

    85% lean 15% fat
    net weight: 1lb
    approximately 1200-1600 calories in total.

I start off by warming up a small skillet, and I add a good amount of olive oil. I consider this stage the pre-fry, because as you may have guessed frying a mammoth slab of meat isn't exactly an easy task, there are stages in the process.

While my cow is frying itself, let's have a look at condiments and accessories I will be using.
    onions

And what is a burger without sandard condiments? Nothing, you're right.
    condiments

I mentioned stages to the cooking process, and I forgot to mention a "grease tray" is a prerequiset. 3 Paper towles layed on a paper plate, this will eliminate alot of excess fats in the burger later on.
    Grease Tray

Flipping a pound of raw cow isn't easy, but it just wouldn't taste as good unless you know it's been flipped several times.

Toasted buns for a little extra crunch.

Eventually after 4 minutes of microwave time, and correct quanities of cheese and onion application, the burger is ready!
    COMPLETE!! ONE ONE ONE
It's beautiful..I almost don't want to eat it.

Can you see the pure and absolute pleasure in my eyes? This is the legal equvilant of about 5 pounds of opium rock.
    Pleasure...
The grease on my forehead remained from the grease novae after flipping that beast. Extend the pinky for good etiquette.

Holy ****, that was an amazing hamburger. Homemade perfection.

True, that burger looks like something that I would put in my mouth.

But would a real human being want to eat it?

Bacon is for breakfast, not for burgers.

                              I know I would!

I usually eat my burgers with them covered in franks red hot, with a little homemade mayo, tomatoes, lettace, and sauted onions.

You can't beat that, oh no...
