My bank balance is -$52. I'm going to pawn either all the games I don't play anymore. And if that gets me as little as I expect it will I'll pawn my PS2 and the rest of the games. So all you people with money to spend can go suck an egg. Except Misty. ^_^

I'll get my financial aid refund check in a few weeks though and hopefully a job sometime soon so I'll be able to join in the spending fun.

Hooray, a "buying" topic I can actually legitimately take part in!

I can't even afford to get Metroid Prime 3. It sucks because by the time I am able to get it, everybody else will be done and the MP3 topic and discussions will be over.

I do that with every game because I never buy them until they're bargain priced. It sucks because you get just about everything spoiled for you before hand no matter how hard you try to avoid it.

Well, apart from a late birthday gift from my aunt (she does that a lot, believe me ), my money is pretty much tapped out, too. I barely got the PS3 with three games, but.....me happys.

And chin up, Chuck. I suggest you go ahead and get a next gen system, and treat yourself to a nice game console. Doesn't matter which one it is.

Well I was almost in this situation about a month or so ago as my bank account got close to that boundary, but now I got a nice paying job. Of course I got lucky to meet some very helpful friends in college, two of which helped me get the job. Though I got to spend quite a bit fixing my car so I'm going to wait on that before I start getting some games.

So I know how it is, considering my family is not rich and somewhat closer to the bottom of middle class. But yeah having money is nice (and I imagine Misty gets off the hook because she's a woman, discrimination I say ).

Misty is just so sweet and nice all the time. Plus she was spending birthday money and that's what it's for to buy fun stuff.

Not entirely. ^_^; While I do spend a lot of money on games, usually I get help from trade-ins. Right now, I'm gonna have to watch my finances for school and stuff.

Hehe, this sort of thing rarely happens to me. $800 is a first. Most of the time, she just gets me clothes and woman-type thingies.

Stuff like this is the reason I seldom, if ever, make an announcement about making expensive purchases. Heck, none of my close friends know I have a PS3 or a Wii yet.

There's nothing wrong with buying bargain priced games. At least you can eventually afford them.

At any rate, go ahead and list the games. The worst that can happen is that nobody buys them, and then you just go through with your original plan.
