I've gotten a liking for this idea. Though not the most original story concept right now, I have planned some stuff to make it interesting. You'll probaly hear it if I decide to keep going with this game. Here's the basic first bit of it. You are a knight in training, to fight what you ask? Werewolfs. You've had little sucess, your combat is horrible. You are from a simple village, and one day the are raided by Werewolfs. You awake in a dungeon cell. The werewolfs have many lairs. Your doors locked, but you realize a peice of the wall is loose. You break through, but the area is heavily gaurded with security. You make a run downstairs. Hoping the gaurds will be dumfounded. On the floors below, you must stay out of the Werewolfs line of sight or else it's game over. From hiding in treasure chests, to secret passages you aviod them. By the time you get near the main enterance you realize it's heavily gaurded. You listen in on there conversation, and figure out how to get to there retreat enterance. Which is two floors below. One floor is traps the proper path is marked out, can you figure out the code? The floor below is full of puzzles which when completed succesfully give you a key to advance. If however you answer wrong you lose health. The answer can be thought out with logic, even if it seems like something you haven't yetfigured out or done yet. Then you manage to get out of the dungeon. You are lost, and then my story inbetween there and the town is kinda blank. Just tell me what you think so far.

Re: Wolf Hunter
Hmm... well thanks. I am more looking for people to find something they don't like so far. Because "Sounds good to me." is nice and is feedback, but isn't what I am looking for. I really want to know what you don't like, and what you like. I'm not trying to be rude. But some more detailed feedback would be nice.Originally posted by Evil Chipmunk View PostSounds good to me.Last edited by Trebsay; 08-29-2007, 03:04 PM.

Jeeze I just realized I've been spelling it wrong. Werewolves... >.<Originally posted by Dusk Raven View PostWerewolves sounds good (I have a fetish right now), but I'd like to get the ability to join their cause and fight those foolish humans who fear what they don't understand.

Re: Wolf Hunter
I like the idea too.
Having a different way to outmaneuver the wolves on each floor is cool.
I like how you are going to use traps on one floor, hidden passageways on another, etc.
One thing I was thinking about is that you could make each color type of werewolf have some special characteristic. This could add to the strategy required for each level. Maybe you can get closer to certain models of werewolves than to others. Maybe certain models of werewolves have keener eyesight than others. I don't know. Lots of things that you could do.
Have fun with this idea. It sounds like it will result in a unique game.Last edited by Pagerron; 08-29-2007, 08:56 PM." I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but by me. " - Jesus

Re: Wolf Hunter
Yes, that is one sense that would be hard to put in the game and find a reasonable and logical way to get around... I had a few thoughts of that. I still haven't had a reasonable way to add it in the game.Originally posted by Dusk Raven View PostWouldn't they be able to smell you, though?
Soory, I forgot to say. It's for RPGM3. The limitations of events might be a problem. It could possibly be a two memory card game. ( The events work as line of sight )Originally posted by Red Dragon View PostWhat RPGM is this for?
Thanks, That is a very good idea. I don't want all my Werewolf character models the exact same.Originally posted by Pagerron View PostI like the idea too.

I had an idea of doing that, but not right away. ( If its included ). The problem is I want to make it so Werewolves look like humans. Possibly a certian colored one is a shapeshifter. (Pagerron's suggestion)(Probally only turning into a human, but still). Which I plan to work into the storyline.Originally posted by 1ce View PostI think it'd be cool to be transformed into a werewolf when you escape. Then you use the opposite knowledge of training to survive hunters. Say, in knight training it's a well known fact werewolves sleep in caves, so you sleep outside.

Re: Wolf Hunter
But you are restricted to one memory card with RPGM3. So do you mean it would be a two part game? Also liking the idea, though I'm not entirely sure how you are going to pull it off with RPGM3. Would be interesting to find out how it ends up.Originally posted by DemonicWyvern View PostSoory, I forgot to say. It's for RPGM3. The limitations of events might be a problem. Re: Wolf Hunter
Yes, It might get that big. Just because of all the events in dungeons with Werewolves. I strated making the game, but all it is right now is a dungeon with NPC's and blank events.Originally posted by Jamos View PostBut you are restricted to one memory card with RPGM3.
