you can't stockpile them. it'll only transfer one to each copy of the game, and there's a limited amount that each store has.

I think it's done like a DS Download station. TRU employees have no involvement with it aside from making sure it's on and plugged in. it'll likely record the trainer ID number, so it would be impossible to fool it.
