Hey guys, as I said in another topic, my dream job is to become a graphic designer for my own clothing label. Well, threadless.com lets you submit designs that get scored and possibly produced if it gets a high enough score. I finally submitted a design to them and its in scoring now. Anyone care to help make my dream come true? If you don't want to help, please, please don't wote me down. But anyone wanting to give me a five would be very, very appreciated. Wish me luck!

You should print your own shirts. You have access to a college campus, right? Start abusing their facilities. Hell, you can print most shirts at home using traditional methods. It's a big pain, but not impossible.

Sorry to see this happen--I was going to give it at least a 4, but the voting has already closed. I thought it was a neat design, without qualification. I do agree that just a tad of color would add some cool effect. And looking at it, I personally think the visual weight is askew to the left side of the shirt, I just thought that might be worth mentioning if you do a revision and re-submit the design (if you're allowed to). Best of luck with this--I'll definitely be voting high if you try again!

I'm so tired of the new design trend of stuffing a bunch of items together asymmetrically with block graphics and flowing lines and ****. Sure, it's a good effect when pulled off right, but it's been abused. I can't look at headlines, t-shirts or posters in my everyday life without seeing it.

Yeah, it's a nice poster, but I've seen dozens of ads just like this.

Google "tshirt design":



Guh. Gasmask- Check. X's- Check. Gun- Check. ****ty text- Check. The only thing this shirt's missing is bleeding hearts.
