Re: My local art suppliers suck
Theres this arts and crafts store that Ive seen popping up around here. Its a HUGE store too. Like the size of a freakin SafeWay, but filled with art supplies.
Its called Michaels, and they seem to have every damn thing I could want. The one thing they dont have though are good pens for inking in stuff. Well, they actually dont have any at all.
But other than that its a nice store.

No there isn't. I've been all over Portland and haven't found one yet. I think that's why I made this topic.I was going to mention Art Media, but I guesss it's Portland only. Everything you need.

All of the above statements have been given the Staffmaster Seal of Approval. Have a nice day!

staffer do this. when you scan your art in photoshop use the hue/saturation tool. you can then use the top bar to colorize the lines to any color you want, yes even blue. just clean up the line work first then use this tech. I use it fairly often.
If is just a look you want then that will work fine but if you need the pencils to do you rough sketching then this will obviously not help. BUCK BUCK!

Yeah I cant find any pens for inking in things, but they have pencil crayons, pastels, felt tipped pens, and paints for coloring stuff.
And not the crappy sets you buy for little kids going into grade 5. Some high quality stuff.
And if you've never colored in anything with pastels, shame on you.
