Hello everyone. I just joined today and thought a post would help me. Dont get mre wrong ive used this site since I began a year ago but today I finally joined, wow, so mutch to say....

Anyways, I have gotten mutch help and know who to seek (people like thetruecoolness, ect) but theres so mutch more to know.

Now, curently I am makeing a game thats a bit of a baffle plot wise. You start as an a prince (Later renamed by you) who is sent by the king to fight in a tournament. Now this tournament is what keeps peace in the world, better than wars to show strength. Anyways theres a lot of cool stuf such as button games to learn skills and whatnot. But I need help on a few subjects and would love some advice!
1.how should I advance my plotline?
I have my own Ideas but makeing games to me is about giveing what the people want. Pluse id like to hear what the more advanced gamers think.
2.I need any help for ideas of names of people, places, ect.
I stink at that stuff
3.anyone know how to make a cart and horse move as a vehicle together without makeing the game freeze or the horse speeding ahead while the cart slowly catches up?

Any help on any of these would help very much and I would be very thankful.

With CartMove and HorseMove being the Horse and Cart Movement Scripts! (You may also need to set one or the other to "Bypass Objects", but I'm not sure.)

Thank you for your advice. though I should have mentioned this is an old fashioned sword and magic game. But i apreciate what youve given me and will try them out post haste. Oh and for anyone else who contributes to this page I could use some ideas for country or continent names. Thanks.

2. This is what I do mostly. Places: Think of random names right off the bat like Wimmington and Jernag. They are most likely names that no one has ever thought of if they are completely random. People: I also think of random names along with real names. People in the sanctuary could start with Ftr. (Father) or Mtr. (Mother). Such as Ftr. Nature. (I know Mtr. Nature too) But this is what I'm trying to say. To make your game interesting, have some people have nouns in the beginning of thier names. Sgt., King, Queen, Prince, Etc. Have fun making your game!
P.S. You may consider spelling and grammar lessons. It doesn't bother me though.
