I think a few tracks from Rule of Rose ost had some good haunting piano tracks. And the extra that came with pre-ordering had the sheet music so you could play on the piano.

You might be able to find some scans of that on the internet.

Steal silent hill music. Also the pan's labyrinth theme has an erie effect to it! Yes there are piano only versions of the above too.
