Finally, the fast food industry snatches up the perfect non-chicken sandwich. It's about DAMNED time. Blimpies does reubens but I can't eat there because I hate them and there isn't a Blimpies near me, anyways. I have an Arbys in my home town and me and the gal are going to try their reubens tonight!

BTW, if you were going to reply with "I'm so hungry I could eat at Arbys" I just ruined it for you.

24 hour fast food joints is the dumbest idea ever. I can't see them making back enough money between 12am-5am to even pay for the crew that is working the shift.

You'd be surprised how much business a 24-hour McDonald's makes when it's next to a highway. Especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Hell, every night that bars are open, they get a 2-3 a.m. rush, just like Denny's and Waffle House and IHOP. The only difference is that you can't go inside.

Yeah, I figured some location probably do better late at night than others. The one in my town is pretty much dead at those times.

There's one two miles away from the one I referred to that isn't right off the highway, and it's dead all the time. My brother and I stop in there after we've been drinking to harass the late-night girls that work there.

We don't really harass them, though. Mostly, they harass us for bothering them when they could be doing nothing at all.

I've got a Blimpies two minutes from my place. It's in the same building as Domino's Pizza. I've never had reuben.

Nowadays I really don't care all that much about food. (God, I can't believe I said that!) I'm still particular in some ways, but most of the time I can settle on a nice 6-inch sub from Subway and be fine. Before, I could eat a 12-inch and still be hungry.

The Wendy's I work at has the drivethrough open 'til midnight (dining room closes at 10). Besides myself, I think there are only four or five people in the place. Not really a whole lot of people to pay for.
