Does anyone know how to get anamated avatars? It it a coded image, a url, or what is it? please let me know.

It's just a .gif. Heck, you can make a .gif, upload it to imageshack than use it as a signature/avatar.

There are different programs to make them.

we have VERY strict file size limitations on gifs used as avatars and sigs. anything clsoe to or over 100k is likely gonna get taken down.
