I know "pssss" seems like the obvious choice, what with liquid coming out in a stream, but that's more suited for a faucet or a hose.
Peeing is much lighter, hollow even. Like a "drip" but over a length of time. Somewhere between "pssss" and "drip".

Depends how long you've been holding it.
