Silent Hill 5

Now, I'm not a big Silent Hill fan, but I noticed something very interesting about the trailer...there was a big focus on the guy being ex-military, and that the developers' said that he will use all his military skills to reach his ends.

Translation? New gameplay. I betcha. I bet we're gonna see something RE4 inspired, or a new twist on it. I'm looking forward to what Konami has in store for us this round.

Actually this surprises me. I mean, Silent Hill's gameplay is outdated as hell. I'm sure they'll keep the original spirit of it and spice it up for the rest of us.

Yeah, why does everyone want Team Silent to make this game when 3 and 4 were ehhhh.

Nobody wants Sonic Team to keep making Sonic games, do they? I'm looking forward to hearing more.

If they had someone else make the gameplay elements, then I would be fine with that. But the story might take a hit with a new "Western" company.

How is Team Silent a failure, now? SH4 was a hiccup, but I didn't think it was proof positive that they were going downhill.

But, hey, Metroid Prime was developed in Texas or whatever, so I'll wait and see.

Looking forward to this, I liked 2 a lot probably was my favorite out of the series so I guess it's nice they are incorporating some things from it. The ex-military thing sounds cool too.

I'll probably still like it, I'm that blindly devoted to the series. I was only disappointed with The Room, unlike a lot of you people who sound as if they took their copies and publicly burned them.

The premise does indeed have a lot of promise, I'm only hoping it does take that Jacob's Ladder approach and not just be a Resident Evil knock-off.
