Favorite film depicting a mental disorder

I have a jones for films like this, and my favorites include Peter Jackson's Heavenly Creatures (my favorite film of all time), Todd Haynes' Safe (the best film I've ever seen, and only a film about a mental disorder if you interpret it a certain way), Polanski's Repulsion, and Lodge Kerrigan's Clean, Shaven.

All of these films are in my top ten as well.

Do you have any favorites? And please, for the love of all that is good and holy, DO NOT mention A Beautiful Mind.

    Honorable mention goes to:

    Fight Club

          Heavenly Creatures was pretty disturbing.

I'd say Silence of the Lambs.

I didn't include this, as I don't believe "retrograde amnesia" or whatever the technical term for it as mentioned in the film, qualifies as a mental disorder in the DSM IV, which is the book psychiatrists use to diagnose patients. I was thinking more along the lines of depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder, etc.

And I suppose I could add Boys Don't Cry to the list.

If it wins, hands down, I would assume you like the movie quite a bit. Then please do me a favor next time, and spell it correctly. It's Forrest Gump. :P

Kire, homosexuality has not been considered a mental disorder (according to the DSM, anyways) since the 80s.

Even though it's nowhere near my top 20, I suppose I could also include Psycho.
