If we're tinkering with the emoticons anyway, can you rename the laughing icon so that it's back to :lol instead of :laugh? I keep seeing people who are in amusing situations, but all that comes out is ":lol!!!" and I have no idea what they could possibly be trying to convey.

not all. there's like, nine that me and mora pruned. but yeah, all these have been up since we opened the new forum.

just edited it so that in the new post field, all 45 normal emoticons are visible in the pop-up menu. to get the gigantic retarded ones that everyone here loves for some reason, you have to click "more". but now, if you dont feel like doing that, all the emoticons have been re-arranged, and there's no difficulty adding the standard ones in.

kire, its fine as is. what I mean by using it sparingly is, like, don't use it in every post. we have a 1.77GB bandwidth limit per day, I doubt that emoticon is going to kill us.
