    Color help

So, I might be stupid, but I uploaded something into paint, and grabbed the color with the eyedropper, but I can't get the #'s for the color (r, b, g). Am I missing something, or do I need a different program? And if so, what do you suggest? Something small, just something that will give me the #'s I need.

        Ask Redneck.
The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

Well there is also an addon for Firefox to extract color info, which can open images (Firefox, not the extension, it's just a color dropper).

          http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/

More useful for getting the colors off of webpages, but works for images as well.

              Re: Color help

If you wanted to find out the color in Paint, you could just go to "Colors > Edit Colors > Define Custom Color" after using the eyedropper.
              .

                Re: Color help

Didn't work for me, it automatically brought up the first color in the pallette, AKA, not my color.
