    eGuide for RPG Maker 2?

Forum member Simple Man just pointed this out to me. I have no idea what exactly it is.

There's a listing for an RPG Maker 2 eGuide on gamestop.com with no real information, and no way to obtain it.

    http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?...t%5Fid=D001388

    Odd.

It's just the official strategy guide......isn't it? I don't know why they're calling it an 'E guide', but the cover looks exactly like the strategy guide.

Wait.....no it doesn't! Weird. I have no idea what this is either...I can see 2 major differences b/w it and the official strategy guide.

Notice the RP on the cover. Doesn't that mean that this is a really old picture of the cover because the rating for the game had not even been decided yet?

I don't know. I own RPG Maker 2 but not the actual Prima guide.

the image used is of the mockup guide cover that was shown off right after agetec revealed the game's cover art.

Isn't the official guide also available as a pdf? Could it just be that?

You are correct, if I recall correctly either Vespuleth or TheFinalRune got it.

so gamestop is advertising the pdf, but not offering it, or a link to it? thats retarded.

moving this out of the news forum.

I put this in RPG Maker section a while ago. Maybe it was inside one of the topics, I dunno. You can either buy the internet version from Prima or the book version.

                        It's just gamestop being silly.
