I've seen much worse. The flora is interesting, to say the least.

Constructive Critisism is always better than just flaming his artwork.

It's basic quickly-done bored art. I don't see anything to criticize(let alone praise), given what it is. Crap seems adequate a description, if a bit unnesessarily negative in connotation. But I do take much interest in what appears to be some weird plants. That concept could potentially have some nice art could be made from it.

I too like the plant life going on in there...
I also like the perspective you've got going on in the landscape.
Just keep drawing!

ok since being mean is against the rules here is some constructive criticism
1. try actually putting some personality into your characters. that face is incredibly bland and ugly, like you got it out of a "how to draw manga" book for 5 year olds. the hair is even worse. hair connects to the head (yes even in cliche manga art) and isnt a seemingly random collection of triangles
2. think about your picture before you draw it. there is no focus point on it at all its just all over the place... you probably realized it wasn't interesting enough by itself and started adding those colorful shapes in the sky which add nothing except to distract the eye from the subject of the picture (which is presumably supposed to be Cloud or possibly the huge bulbous plant dwarfing him) also the horizon droops down on the right... whoops!
3. practice drawing and dont post every time you make a piece of crap. despite all of its shortcomings its obvious you spent a lot of time on it. being "bored" doesnt mean everything is excusable. you probably spent half an hour in photoshop alone, painstakingly burn/dodging everything in the picture (despite an apparent lack of a light source)
next time you have that kind of time on your hands do something useful like form drawing or drawing simple shapes or something. i hate to be the guy to actually be honest instead of a pushover like everyone else here but youre nowhere near as talented as you think. if you ever draw something practical for your skill level i will be happy to give you constructive criticism but please dont draw "cloud's adventures in space/underwater/a desert with a bunch of plants and flying cubes" or whatever this was supposed to be

Oh...is THAT what everybody knows? Well let me tell you what someone with 15 years training, and about 6 years experience as a professional artist knows.
Neobi...you've taken the first major step in art....you've gotten over your fear of the edge of the page. You've actually filled up the page, and begun to think about how the drawing relates to the edge of the page. That is the first step in learning composition, and composition is arguably the MOST important aspect of making art.

How come everyone can normally be a total dickhead but once somebody posts a drawing they make all of a sudden it's a sacred thing?

How come people don't get crap when they're dickheads normally here?...they should.
Thanks to those of you who were honest. I honestly don't draw much...I was frustrated with what I was doing at the time so I started drawing. Yeah maybe I didn't have a full vision of what I was doing when I started, but I honestly like how it turned up. I think my plant beast in the front looks sweat in the shaded version even if the piece doesn't make too much sense overall to most people. If I was honestly critiquing myself it would go something like this:
Arms should have been longer and in proportion. Should have spent more time shading the back blob like the first. The depth perception of the character and the front blob is a little messed(see his feet). IDK what the heck is the flaming thing in the top right sky...and I drew it. It was suppose to be some phoenix monster thing but idk..turned into a 3d letter if you ask me. IDK how the heck the leaves from the tree way back there got in front of the character unless there's one right to the side we can't see. And the terrain in the BG could have been fixed up, esp the right side.
God forbid I practice drawing and have a little fun with it. Yeah it sure isn't Picasso or Da Vinci nor did I expect in any way for it to be. I drew it found some mistakes and maybe my next one will be a little better. But either way it cured my boredom for the time and that's what matters too right.

Where in that post did he ask for criticism or flaming?
If he wants to show it off, he should go for it. If you want to discuss it, great. If you want to say it sucks, shut your mouth because you're not helping anyone. 'Nuff said, I don't want to incite another argument.

its his right to post anything he draws/creates in here as long as it fits in with the content rules. There are no rules saying you have to be a master artist in order to post your work.
I'm disgusted with the behavior of several people in this topic, especially for posts that I had to delete earlier.

To be fair, the act of posting it is asking for criticism. Flaming, no, but when did that happen? Redneck made good points that were general (and thus more helpful.) Oh, but I never saw said deleted posts, so...okay?

I like the drawings. They're very nice. A lot better than what I can do. :lol
You should be very proud of your talents.
Yeah, maybe adjust proportions and get those stray leaves out. They're distracting.
Sweet flaming Pacman though.
It's like a children's coloring book, but digital.
