    Pink Floydathon

I decided to have a Pink Floyd marathon today, with nothing better to do. I will listen to Pink Floyd for 5 hours, for no reason, for no cause, with no use of substances. I began just now at 11:00 am EST. I am now into the second song. There are 55 total. I'll post the playlist if anyone's interested.

      Good deal.

Don't listen to Ummagumma. You don't want to get AIDS, do you?

I only have one song from that album on my playlist, which coincidently is the song I'm on right now - Grantchester Meadows. I'm 23 songs in right now. 32 songs to go.

Hooray! I've always wanted to do something like this. I have a playlist that's about two days long that I'd like to listen to.

Usually I use iTune's random playlist feature. It picks X songs at random from my library and puts them into a playlist. I usually pick 25 which averages out to 1:30 - 2 hours. 2 days 'eh? Is it all one artist or just random stuff?

Also, here's the PF Playlist if anyone wants, with album key.

I've always wanted to listen through my entire music collection in order, but that's 17.4 days. :[

                  Mine's only 3.3 days.

This is only about half of my Pink Floyd collection. I've passed the 3 hour point. If all goes well, later this summer I'll do a follow up with more Floyd.

                    Re: Pink Floydathon

I've got 20+ days of music, probably more.

Then I have a collection of audio books, which would go for weeks.

This Floydathon is a joke. If you were cool you'd listen to each album in chronological order.

As soon as I get "Music from the film More," Although it would have to take a couple days because I couldn't sit that long. (What would it be, like 12 hours?)

I once opened all my music on my removeable hard drive into Windows Media Player, and it ended up being 866 hours worth.
