    FEAR

So I would have gotten it for my 360, but its still hella expensive for it. So I bought it for my PC for $20.

Only problem is that to play the amazing next gen graphics, beautifully rendered FEAR, I have to play it like this!

This computer is only 2 years old too. I hate uprading stuff for my computer. THIS IS WHY I PLAY CONSOLE GAMES! Its like playing ****ing golden eye or something.

2 Years old? Damn. Yeah, I love PC games, but you have to upgrade different parts of your PC all the time.

Dang, even though my computer can't handle FEAR, it still looks better than that

It had a good concept, but they just messed up the structure of the game's scares by reducing the story into telephone messages and endless structures with the same texture. They needed set pieces.

I mean they need to not have an endless office building. If you are going to do office buildings then have more than one huge one.

Do areas where there is an unique area where something spooky instead of the similar areas.

Maybe there could be one scene on top of a building with construction cranes and platforms, and you could have a firefight on the moving cranes, or have a spooky scene where you are on a metal platform and hands start coming up from beneath the platform.

Yeah, I was a bit dissappointed with FEAR as well. I though it was going to be scary, or even just a little creepy, but they opted for a more traditional FPS game style.

              Re: FEAR

They showed some promise in that trailer. It looked like it was a well scripted game with plenty of cool scares close to each other.

But you can go for a long ways before a scare happens that isn't some stupid items moving around. And the scares got really boring after a while.

At least the gunfights were fun.

My computer is around 4 years old. I have enough RAM (1 gb) and whatnot but because my graphics card is soldered onto my motherboard I cannot upgrade it. I'm stuck with 32 mb adapter.

However I can still play a lot of games on high quality, if I put my laptop on my fan to keep it from overheating.
