I've never played it online before, and now that I have a 360 I wanted to give it a shot. But when I get into the game and try to sign in, it says there's no connection (but I go to test it and that says there IS a connection). What duz I doz?

I have a problem with Halo 2 myself. I want to buy one of the map packs from the 360, but when I try it always says, "purchase failed" anyone know why that may be?
