Peter Jackson had a hand in the game, I hear.

I enjoyed the movie, but haven't played the game yet. Watching King Kong tear up dino jaws was one thing, but actually doing it in a game is quite another. I hear that there aren't enough sequences in the game where you can play as Kong.

Playing the big ape should be the highlight of the game.

I didn't like the demo. Playing as Kong didn't make me feel powerful, and playing as the human (forgot his name) just feels like yet another meh FPS.

I thought it was decent. Except the Kong levels. They were stupid. Although the game was just a pretty generic FPS, I didn't mind it.

The first person parts were anything but "typical FPS". You rarely had ammo, and you had to use your wits more often that brute force. And that part on the raft where you had 2 T-Rex's chasing after you...

*sigh*

Too bad everyone regards it as a "tyipical game based off a movie piece of ****". It was actually made by the guy behind Beyong Good & Evil, and it was very fun.

I don't like FPS games, but this one was incredibly fun. You don't have that many rounds, so you have to make do with your spears a lot of the time, or worse yet, your giant bone. It requires a lot of planning and forethought. The Kong levels weren't so hot, but they were still fun. All in all: 8.5/10.
