I swear to god there better not be a 'catastrophic emergency' right before the end of his office. Isn't there some way we can vote against this, or heavily persuade our congressman to do so. I'm personally kind of tired or Bush taking a dump on the constitution and balance of power.

Also I thought as Americans we hated Communism. From the article Bush is obviously a Communist. Where's McCarthy when he could do something useful.
