Just got the extremely elusive Megaman IV for GB from a friend, which completes my GB MM collection.

The GB Megaman games are some of the rarest and most expensive Gameboy games there are. It took me years to find copies of MMIV and MMV (actually my second copy of the game) in such perfect condition. I could have had them a lot sooner if I wasnt so picky.

I'm very close to actual completion now. I just need to find a good condition copy of Network Transmission for the Gamecube, Megaman for Game Gear, and replace my copies of X2 and X3 for SNES that went missing a while back, and I'll have every Megaman game released in the US for every system.

NT, X2, and X3 will be easy to get, but the Game Gear game... it's so rare that it practically doesnt exist. I've seen it sell for anywhere from 40 dollars all the way up to 80.

yeah saw that. Don't have the money right now.

Plus, on ebay I cant check it's condition. I've gotten some games off there before only to find people's names written on the back. that's not a risk I want to take. it also says the picture is generic, and not the actual cartridge. That means the label could be damaged or gone.

nice collection so far valk. ive gotten burned from ebay aswell. i am very picky about what i buy off there, i have to have origonal and complete everything. i dont like junky stickers, writen junk, or badly cared for merchendice. i want to buy something that will last and atleast hold its value through looking nice, even if the games demand itself lowers the price later on. i hope you find a good copy out there, ill keep an eye open incase i find something cheap.

yea, ebay is nice, but tricky. i ordered a sealed copy of strider 2 for playstation only to find what looked like small drill hole in the side of the case. so, yes, it was sealed and the games were brand new, but it really wasnt exactly what i was looking for...

Heh...as RD has said in two Mega Man posts in as many days that he only has MM1 for GB, I'll reiterate here also that the only MM game I ever owned was MM3 for the NES.

I only have MM8, MMX4,5,6, and 8, MMLegends, MM:BN(4 or 5, can't remember, but I have both versions for some reason), MM:Aniversary Collection. I would probably have a lot more, but I don't have an NES or SNES, so I really can't get those games (or, I wouldn't be able to play them, anyway)

Dude, we've had Mega Man IV for the Game Boy for years. It's the ONLY one we have.
