    New Square Enix goodness!

    Read all about it here.

A Chocobo game for the Wii?
Something called Last Remnant for the PS3?
Two Star Ocean games for the PSP?
    A Star Ocean 4 ... for PS2???

Oh, and there's mention of a Final Fantasy XII International as well as some info on the new Crystal Chronicles games. And remember when I first posted about Square Enix licensing the Unreal engine? Looks like they've done something already with it.

Well, the two PSP Star Oceans are re-releases of SO1 & 2 so that's not new Squeenex goodness.
I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

Here, here Marcman! There can't be a sequel, when all the detailed info about the universe is totally worthless. No point in caring about anyone or anything in that story.

Considering that everything in any of the games we play IS just fictional, I don't really see why it's less valid just because the game admits it.

Say, that reminds me, Marcman. I was watching the 1967 Casino Royale last night. You know how that ends? Well, pretty much like every madcap comedy from the 60s.
                  *** SPOILERS ***
The plot goes out the window and then everyone explodes.
                  *** END SPOILERS ***

I mean, that kind of ending is okay once in a while, but when you spend two hours on a movie, it just kind of gets thrown in your face. I can't imagine how it feels when you spend 40 hours on a video game with the same result.
The Unreal Engine-powered game, slated for a simultaneous release on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, is being crafted by a new generation of Square talent who are said to be bringing fresh ideas to the project.
                  THANK YOU.

See, that's what I admire about that game. They actually had the gull to break the wall. I just wish they handeled it more delicately. The majority of the game is spent in a cliche RPG planet then there comes the plot twist from out of nowhere and suddendly the game ended.

...and a new Zodiac job system that now features 12 new license boards, making it possible to specialize characters to a much greater degree than before. For example, it will be possible to specialize as a red mage. The battle system is also being enhanced...
