I can understand this being in small-claims court, but this "judge" is taking it a bit too far. Supposedly, he's saying he's representing the consumers who are deceived by local businesses.And the sad part is--it's going forward.
If it were a smaller amount he's suing far, I can understand. But $65 million is WAY too much. If anything, this is a fraudulent lawsuit that needs to be thrown out. Small businesses make mistakes, but should NEVER have to suffer greatly because of them.
