New Fully Completed RPGM3 Game Incoming

Hey all! Just wanted to inform everyone that I am nearing completion of my
game, Demon Slayer, on RPGM3 very soon now. I don't have any way of
uploading my game at the moment, but as soon as I can get ahold of a dexdrive
I can assure you all that my game will be uploaded and playable ASAP.
I will upload a more detailed description when I get around to it.
From what I can tell, most people start a game and never finish it.
Life can often interfere with projects of this sort, so I understand completely.
Anyone interested in beta testing or just playing the heck out of it for me,
just e-mail me or PM me. Have a good one!
    -Matt

Even if you get a hold of a dex drive, it won't work for PS2. You need a max drive for PS2 RPGM 2 and 3.

I look forward to more information MJM about "Demon Slayer". It would be nice to hear some plot details. Oh, and about how long does it take to play?

Vonwert, thanks for the info, I hadn't really looked into specifics for that yet.
Helps me out a bit, I suppose I should have looked up the info first, its there.

Pagerron, I plan on posting in more detail plot and feature wise once I get a bit closer to completion.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to finish without cutting some content due to memory usage rate.
I'd rather not talk about stuff that might not even be in the game in the end.
I can say that the story is based on the exploits of a ninja who has unique traits and equipment that allow him to battle immortal demons.
I'm trying to strike that ever-so-difficult balance of serious story overtone mixed with lots of (hopefully) funny and humorous asides.
As far as total play time, it probably won't exceed 4-6 hours as a determined and experienced RPG player can probably finish it in less.
Although, that's if they just blast through and don't actually fully explore. Thanks for your interest, keep an eye on this thread for more info.

You can get the disk for the max drive either from the AR Max EVO or with the chord, made by the same company, that connects the PSP to your computer. You don't need a PSP or a max drive really, just the disk and any USB storage device.

            MJM,

            Game description:
Yeah, I can understand not wanting to share about a plot that isn't yet fully a plot. That's cool. Having a Ninja as your PC could be interesting. You certainly have some good demon models that can be used for monsters.
Explore? Cool. That's the best part of RPGs for me...being able to look around at your environment and find little hidden secrets and special events/items, etc.

            Time:
4-6 hours sounds reasonable. Not too long and not too short.

Oh, and about the Max Drive:
In Hitogoroshi's Basic Answers thread there is a really good link to a post by Valkysas about how to use the Max Drive once you get it. Make sure to follow those directions carefully, or you could have some unfun problems.
