unfortunately not yet. there's a few issues that pop up for some reason when assigning moderators, like them randomly gaining the ability to moderate every single forum here. when I eventually get this resolved (the problem has persisted for over a year), we'll let people mod their own forums.

but you can PM staff and have them sticky whatever you want.
