Rentin' a room

I have an extra bedroom that's kinda just "there." I've often pondered renting it out, cuz it sure would help take the strain off the $1450 I pay a month on the place, but it'd have to be someone who's compatible w/ me and Shale, is fiscally responsible, and just will generally be ok.

How much do you think I should charge, if I did go through with it? 400 to 200 a month (includes elec. & gas)? If I did, it would be a risk, there's no doubt about that.

I dunno, just one of those things that has been going on in my head since we first moved in a few months back.
